Over the centuries, aesthetically placing water into the landscape or the building has gradually cultivated our design. However these days, we expect to surround or blend pools and fountains with plants that soften hard structural lines. Water space does excite interests, adds freshness, should calm the mind and so change our perspective. But to build water body like swimming pools or fountains requires both experience and technology that complies with stringent standards of both international recognized bodies and legionalgoverment departments for engineering & construction.

By taking modern technology to its limits and following new directions, we have developed design and engineering techniques that has reduced both the size and relative cost of constructing a Swimming Pool or Waterfeature. This engineering philosophy began with our first Project [Waterfeatures for Bida Zayed Gardens in Abu Dhabi] in 1985, which was designed by professional engineers whose job was to concentrate upon designing Waterfalls and Fountain Nozzles on the Fort such that water would be aesthetically placed and blend with the Fort and landscape so as to soften structural lines.

Improved techniques for environmental engineering using a varied and wide arsenal of supporting hardware enabled us to develop conservation; energy storage, water reclamation and the same principles have again been applied to all our Projects. Each step has fundamentally changed our perceptions in construction, so now we can execute even the most challenging and interesting projects.

In recent years, our focus has been on improving efficiency and reducing both construction and operation costs. In the late 1990' we led the Pool and Fountain industry in ensuring the civil structure and M & E equipment for the Pools and Waterfeatures can withstand the climatic conditions of UAE and corrosive effects of chlorine, provide large clear spans for access to Pools and plant rooms, limiting condensation and preventing its occurrence on glazing for indoor pools, lighting the Waterfeatures and Pools evenly with sufficient penetration to the pool bottom, providing an economical water circulation and filtration plant that can be easily operated and safely maintained, a disinfection plant that maintains the water chemistry and locating plant rooms to improve economy of pipes and duct runs. And now we have introduced the energy efficient and maintenance free Dancing Fountains that operates on submersible circulation pumps, which have given the further advantage to Clients in operating costs. Again we have succeeded further by reducing power consumption of heating plants by introducing heat pumps that saves annually more than 50 percent on electrical bills - but we are still not satisfied. We are convinced that with new technology and innovations, we can make it even better.
